Please join ECTA board member Scott Bumpus, owner of Seaside Cycle for a 2 hour intermediate mountain bike ride around Willowdale State Forest on Saturday, November 19th from 9-11am. We will make a few brief stops along the way to highlight some of the projects that ECTA has been instrumental in helping to accomplish in the park.
Riders should be prepared with:
-Fully functioning mountain bikes, no hybrids or cyclocross bikes
-Helmet
-Hydration / nutrition for 2 hour ride
-Weather appropriate cycling clothing
Meet at the Willowdale Meadow Parking Lot located on Ipswich Road in Topsfield. “Wheels down” at 9:00 am, so please arrive a few minutes early to unload and check in.
From Route 1, take Ipswich Road heading east. After passing Asbury Street on the right, the parking area will be just over 1/4 mile farther down Ipswich Road (If you reach the Ipswich/Topsfield town line you have gone too far). Parking available on both sides of the street.
